Being interested in the question of what is a good concept map, we came over this publication. Actually, the authors have been working on this question since the beginning of the century and now rather summarize findings. The supported a c-mapper tool that appears also to be used for other ends than concept maps. The style they write in is very informal and they pose themselves as the founders of the concept maps. Criteria are repeated, but they do not provide key performance indicators to measure in an objective way the quality of a concept map.
