This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned. Each project partner upload this section of a three months basis.

PM - Project Management

Objectives of activities carried out:

The project management is carried out throughout the project period and ensures the correct development of the project activities and the achievements of the expected results.
It is divided into 4 main activities:
- Coordination of the activities
- Dissemination
- Exploitation
- Evaluation

The Coordination of the UNIGE activities includes:
• Planning of all the activities of the project for the 2 years project life
• Participation in transnational meetings of the steering committee
• Update of the project website (project management activities)
• In progress reporting activities and delivery of yearly reports at progress and final stage
• Constant sharing of solutions and circulation of information through e-mails and online meetings
• Check of the project state of art and of the respecting of the deadlines

The Dissemination activities includes:
- Sharing the portal and the results of the iMath project with the highest number of operators in the field of education, students and the public at large
- Spreading the iMath activities and results on the most popular scientific network
In the framework UNIGE has to carry out the following activities:
- Support in the translation of the Project brochure in Italian
- Dissemination activities

The Sustainability actions to be carried out are:
• Promote the portal through the exchange links with Portals addressing similar issues
• Promote the among public authorities and key policy makers in order to gain institutional consensus and promoting the insertion of project results in policies for Education.
• Involve new members as associated partners

In relation to the Evaluation activities, UNIGE will have to fill in ad hoc questionnaires.

Description of activities carried out:

The UNIGE partner coordinator has
- contacted researchers, professors, and technical staff supporting the University's research who could contribute effectively to the implementation of the project.
- organised weekly alignment meetings with the UNIGE team.
- informed students and doctoral students of the project goals.
- kept constant contact with IMath coordinator and other partners for the realization of the project goals.
- ensured adequate and timely reporting of project progress.
- coordinated planned activities for periodic reporting, in collaboration with the department's research office.

The UNIGE team participated in the kick-off meeting, the meeting in Patras and the meeting in Florence, preparing the planned materials and presentations and actively collaborating with the partnership.

Communication and dissemination activities
UNIGE translated the dissemination materials prepared by the Project Coordinator into Italian and organized several dissemination events.

Exploitation
UNIGE involved two associate partners and collected exploitation links.

Evaluation
According to the evaluation model adopted by the partnership, for each individual phase of the project UNIGE filled out the "Evaluation Questionnaire" prepared ad hoc, relating to management activities, information systems used, organization of meetings, and activities planned in the project.

- List of interested researchers, lecturers and students contacted to participate
- Number of links placed on websites and blogs with information about iMath
- Project brochure in Italian
- 10 articles/books of literature reviewed
- Description of 5 optimisation algorithms
- Description of 5 benchmarks
- Description of 3 indicators for students
- 6 tips about how artificial intelligence can be applied in the educational field
- Obtaining experimental results.
- Activities related to administrative management, particularly related to the keeping of timesheets and expenses
- Presentation of the project to lecturers, researchers and PhD students of our department.
- 24 communication and dissemination activities through different channels (social networks, presentations to students and staff of the University)
