Description of Dissemination Event:

During second semester of 2022 we tried to improve student's engagement because we were not lecturing. Besides trying to get students involved from specific mathematical areas (linear algebra for computer science and electrical engineering, with subjects in Spanish and English), we did some efforts trying to reach additional scientific areas. This is the reason why we contacted (both face-to-face and by e-mail) with Enrique Viguera Minguez, cf.

Outcomes and Results:

He uses to give divulgative talks about science in general, and hence we think it's a good idea that he is aware of the project for the potential appearance of iMath in both his own lectures and some divulgative talks. He encourages us to make some announcements among secondary school students and teachers. The reason is that in spite of MathE having advanced topics, those involved in the test bench (matrices and determinants) can be affordable by those pupils in the two last years before entering university.
