Description of Dissemination Event:

The event celebrating 20 years of the Mentoring Programme, organized by the Academic Development Centre, is scheduled for October 27. The aim of this event is to provide an opportunity for reflection and institutional exchange between professionals from all over the country who recognize the importance of mentoring programs in Higher Education Institutions. It will be a space for sharing good practices and personal experiences with tutoring. In addition, we will have a future-oriented perspective, in that we also intend to reflect on how new artificial intelligence tools can contribute to enhancing relationships between tutors and mentees.

Outcomes and Results:

The conference's social moments and breaks served as opportunities for disseminating information regarding the goals and anticipated outcomes of the project. These gathering moments played a usefual role in raising awareness and fostering a shared understanding of the project's significance. The event successfully served the purpose of spreading the word about the project's objectives and outcomes.
