PM - Project Management

The project management is carried out throughout the project period and ensures the correct development of the project activities and the achievements of the expected results.
It is divided into 4 main activities:
- Coordination of the activities
- Dissemination
- Exploitation
- Evaluation

Coordination of the activities
It includes:
• Planning of all the activities of the project for the 2 years project life
• Participation in and organizaiton of 6 transnational meetings of the steering committee
• Creation and update of the project website
• In progress reporting activities and delivery of yearly reports at progress and final stage
• Constant sharing of solutions and circulation of information through e-mails and online meetings
• Check of the project state of art and of the respecting of the deadlines

Dissemination
It includes:
- Making the iMath Portal accessible to the largest possible number of lecturers, researchers and students in higher education.
- Sharing the iMath Portal and the results of the iMath project with the highest number of operators in the field of education
- Sharing the iMath Portal and the results of the iMath project with the highest number of citizens
- Spreading the iMath activities and results on the most popular Social Network

In the framework UoP has to carry out the following activities:
- Contribute to the Facebook project page
- Translation of the Project brochure in Greek
- Dissemination activities
- Creation of the dissemination reports
- Creation of the transnational dissemination report

Sustainability
It aims to guarantee that the project results are going to used after the end of the project life-time. The actions to be carried out are:
• Promote the Portal through the exchange links with Portals addressing similar issues (e.g. Portals providing educational materials for lecturers; portals on education etc.)
• Promote the among public authorities and key policy makers in order to gain institutional consensus and promoting the insertion of project results in policies for Education.
• Involve new members as associated partners

Evaluation
The aim of evaluation is to measure and ensure the quality of all the activities and of the project intellectual output. Both project partners and end users are involved and will have to fill in ad hoc questionnaires.

Coordination of the activities
UoP prepared its contribution to the partners meeting
UoP participated to the kick off partners' meeting, which was held online.
Associated partners have joined the consortium
New researchers and lecturers have been registered to the project.
The project brochure has been translated in Greek
UoP organized the partners meeting in Patras
UoP has duplicated the MatheE Portal and defined the platform to test the algorithm
UoP Installed UniGenova’s prototype on UoP server
We tested the prototype with 10 students to collect data as MathE works and each student took at least 3 tests.
UoP has developed a prototype algorithm using a combination of algorithmic steps.
The algorithm has been tested with our students
UoP students have participated in testing the algorithm of the Slovenian, Italian-Portugese and German version of iMath
UoP has uploaded the best iMath algorithm in the MathE copy of the system.
UoP presented 6 tips on how AI can be used for educational purposes.

UoP participated to the kick off partners' meeting, which was held online. Our contribution was prepared according to the requirements of the meeting.
The Greek brochure was created.
UoP has participated in the partners meeting in Florence. Our contribution was prepared according to the requirements of the meeting.

Dissemination
A total number of 39 dissemination events have been carried out so far.

Exploitation
We are already working in order to collect exploitation links and involve associated partners. Six of them have been involved so far.
